How soon should I schedule an appointment?
It depends on the time of year. During the Fall and around Christmas I am pretty busy so it may take a few weeks. In general I can work you in within a couple weeks.

Payments?
You session fee is due on the day of the session unless it is on a Saturday. Saturday session fees must be paid in advance to hold your appointment.

Half of the total amount of your picture order is due before the order is processed. The other half is due receiving pictures.

Cancelation Policy?
I understand that life can be crazy so if you need to cancel an appointment let me know as soon as possible. For refund of your session fee on Saturday appointments the notice must be made 24 hours in advance.

What happens after my session?
After we have completed your portrait session you will make an appointment to come back to the studio to look at your previews. Previews are viewed in my studio by projection. If you would like to have previews to take out of the studio arrangements can be made at an extra cost.

What portrait and digital effects do you offer?
Minor touch ups are made at no cost. Braces and other major touch ups with be charged according to the amount of work involved to make the correction.

Names and can be added to Senior wallets and other pictures for minor fees.

Collages and storyboards are charged according to the amount of work involved.

Other products?
Besides basic portraits I offer a variety of other products. I can create collages and storyboards in many sizes to accommodate many pictures and purposes.

Coffee table books, soft cover Take-a-Long books, calendars, notepads, greeting cards, invitations, playing cards, and stickers are just some of the other products I can create personalized to your specifications

Referral Program
I have a program that allows you to earn Profiles Points to purchase extra pictures. So the more you show off your pictures the more pictures you can receive free!!!

Limited Edition Sessions
These are sessions which I hold through out the year that have special session fees and special package prices. I send e-mails to past customers and anyone else who has asked to me added to my e-mail list. If you would like to be added to my e-mail list for specials or even have it sent to you in regular mail please contact me and I will get you added to receive these specials.

Personal Guarantee
My personal guarantee is that you will love your pictures. I don’t want to produce any work that I would not want myself. So, I will do everything with in my power to make you happy.

Copyright
All images and previews are under copyright protection. They may not be downloaded, copied, printed or scanned for electronic use or be reproduced in any manner without the written consent of Tori Matlock. If you would like images for a special website or purpose you will need to purchase the proper resolution files and the rights to display those files. Please contact me directly for any special requests.
